Cattlemen's
Cattlemen's Restaurants was created 50 years ago by Pete Gillham Sr. and is currently run by the ranching family. They provide old-fashioned True Western Hospitality with wonderful food delivered with a smile in an authentic setting. The restaurant serves the greatest steaks. Aging beef is used to produce the highest grade and most flavorful meat. They age their own beef in a tightly regulated atmosphere until it's exactly right. Authentic antiques are also used, and local color is incorporated.
