Colonel Coon
Chop, chop, chop. Sounds familiar. We use knives for many things, and Colonel Coon knives, an American-based brand, was one of the earliest creators of the hand-made pocket knife. The company cut into the Tennesse landscape in 1978 and was founded by Adrian Harris. Since then, it has been associated with superior quality pocket knives. The company introduced chemical processing for custom etching and the hinged paper box. These trends initiated the reign of commemorative knives. In 1988, the company was sold to W&R Case & Sons.
