Parent's Choice
Creator and teacher Diana Huss Green accumulated a gathering of parents worried that their elevated expectations for their youngsters' schooling were not satisfied. In 1978, they shaped the Parents' Choice Foundation, a non-business clearinghouse to survey kids' books, toys, music, T.V., programming, computer games, sites, and magazines. They needed to give parents "dependable unprejudiced data about devices to assist their youngsters with learning, investigate new difficulties, examine thoughts, and seek after dreams.
