Rooted in December 1996 and being the first of its kind in Taiwan, Promos makes an impact in the memory hardware industry. The products consist of 8-inch to 12-inch fabs ranging from 140 nm - 63 nm, SD RAMs, kids, and IoT products. It now expands its technology into 4.0 applications of RFID and Bluetooth.
