A pickup (not a truck or a line) is the heart of the guitar. It converts the vibrations into electricity and is implanted in the body under the strings. Van Zandt Pickups plugged into the world as a company in 1980, but before that, he had been repairing pickups. He started his career as a machinist and guitarist and played in different country bands. During his journey, he would repair pickups for his friends, collect broken ones, and redo and restore them. Since then, he began creating his pickups known for their quality and sound. Today, his pickups are sold worldwide.
